Background

WEBO Werkzeugbau Oberschwaben GmbH, WEBO in short, is a 100% subsidiary of FormTechnology GmbH. In Amtzell, since July 2008, a modern toolmaking business for metal forming has been built up including component development, process development, design, precision parts production, assembly, and try-out.

Technical assets

We use state-of-the-art 2D and 3D CAD systems in the processing of our orders. Furthermore, we offer simulations and FEM calculations according to the latest standards. We work with try-out presses from 1600 kN up to 5000 kN. Measuring is carried out by means of state-of-the-art measuring techniques, e.g. with Zeiss machines and CAD.

 

Our forming technology network

In close co-operation with FormTechnology GmbH, the supplier network and the strategically partner AWEBA, we are in a position to produce tooling for 80% of all sheet metal transmission components. In addition, we offer the most economic lubrication and process measuring solutions.
