Innovative tooling technology in metal forming reduces costs. We are extending our technology leadership by focussing on continuous innovation. Our special subject, rolling dies for transmission parts, offer a great scope of possibilities in the transmission development.
We are proud to announce that we were among the top three finalists in this year's EIP (Excellence in Production) competition, out of 260 participating toolmaking companies, and have been nominated for the final.
The annual competition of the Machine Tool Laboratory WZL of RWTH Aachen University, as well as the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT, selects the tooling belly of the year as part of its annual competition.
We say thank you!
The shareholders families Wittig and Schuler of the WEBO Group have decided to strategically expand the group of shareholders to include the listed Taiwanese company GLOBALTEK. Through a capital increase at the FormTechnology GmbH holding company, which holds all the shares of WEBO Group, GLOBALTEK immediately acquired 10% of the shares in the WEBO Group. GLOBALTEK is also a partner in WEBO's joint toolmaking joint venture in China and has therefore been networked with WEBO in order processing for a long time.
Today we have the pleasure to officially inform you that the sole shareholder Mr. Axel Wittig, represented by the company FormTechnology GmbH, has transferred 50% of his shares in FormTechnology GmbH and WEBO GmbH to the Schuler family, owners of SCHULER Konstruktionen GmbH & Co. KG and other companies, by means of a capital increase. WEBO becomes a part of the SCHULER Group, which until now consists of 14 independent companies.
