Progressive composite tools
The fastest production in the area of forming and punching is achieved with progressive composite tools. If the component and the forming process allow it, WEBO is happy to use progressive composite technology. Be it in its own press shop or for its customers.
Transfer tools
When component complexity increases or material savings are necessary, the use of transfer tool technology often offers decisive advantages. The production of ready-to-install components within the press often requires the part to be completely detached from a sheet metal strip in order to obtain a ready-to-install component at the press exit. The transfer technology also enables the component to be measured within a tool stage for automatic 100% quality control and the feeding or connection of formed and fed components.
Fineblanking tools
In combination with supplied transfer tools and special component requirements, WEBO's fineblanking technology has become completely independent as an independent tool technology. In addition to integration into larger progressive composite and transfer tool sets, WEBO's patented fineblanking unit can also be used as classic fineblanking in any type of press. This opens up completely new possibilities, as there are almost no restrictions in terms of table dimensions and component complexity.
